Between 3 September and 29 November, Osprey issued 30 notifications – consisting of five standard alerts, three forecasts, one risk rating change, seven regulatory updates, four Squawks and 10 situation updates – highlighting US military strikes against vessels suspected of trafficking narcotics in the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean, US military build-up in the Caribbean region, heightened Venezuelan military posture, and regulatory notices issued related to the heightened miliary activity.
