Tatevik is Osprey’s Senior Vice President of Growth responsible for helping Osprey drive growth across sectors and support in managing key relationships. Tatevik always stays at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, with her visionary approach, she strives to propel the industry forward to embrace innovative technologies for timely decisions. She brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and perseverance to enable needed change, with a track record that includes driving remarkable growth in two top aviation tech firms prior to Osprey. Most recently she served as the world’s youngest Director General of a Civil Aviation Authority and the first female Director General in Armenia. During her tenure as DG, she led the country through historic times; throughout the global pandemic, warfare testing risk assessment capabilities, and managing risk deriving from social unrest. Tatevik holds a double master’s degree (CEMS MIM) in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School & International Management from Stockholm School of Economics. Tatevik is also certified in Aviation Security and Safety Management.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Marc offers invaluable experience in the insurance, SaaS and security risk management sectors. As the Global Head of Marketing at Osprey, Kathryn is responsible for driving innovative strategies to propel Osprey’s growth in the aviation technology sector. Kathryn brings a wealth of expertise to the table, after five years working for her own agency, consulting for various tech and AI companies, gaining valuable insights and building a strong track record for helping businesses realise their digital potential. It was Osprey's exceptional market offerings and inspiring ethos that led her to join the team. Using her expertise and ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution Kathryn continues to lead impactful marketing campaigns, event execution and public relations, bolstering Osprey's position as a trailblazer in the industry.
As Osprey’s Brand and Design Executive Natalie plays a fundamental role in supporting the marketing team and wider business to accelerate Osprey’s brand recognition and presence across the globe. She manages the brand development and identity, ensuring consistency across all areas of the business by taking responsibility for the production of all brand collateral, advertising designs, social media strategy and graphic design. As well as working with the wider team to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, strategies, and events. Joining Osprey in 2021 she brings a wealth of marketing knowledge, having worked in a variety of fields within the industry including advertising, website design, social media planning, campaign strategy and content writing. Natalie holds a first-class honours degree in Marketing from the University of Chichester and a CIM Level 4 qualification in Marketing and actively working towards her CIM Level 6 qualification in Professional Marketing.
As Osprey’s Digital Marketing Executive Issie’s primary focus is on achieving measurable results. In her role, Issie plays a pivotal part in devising and executing the company's digital strategy, utilising her extensive knowledge of data-led B2B marketing and acute attention to detail to help deliver engaging, multi-level campaigns that effectively captivate Osprey's target audience. In her current position, Issie spearheads the management of Osprey's website and digital communications, leveraging her expertise to create compelling email communications and refine keyword and search engine optimization strategies to elevate the company's online presence. With prior experience as an SEO Manager and Digital Content Editor, Issie brings a wealth of expertise to her role, enabling her to craft digital-first marketing strategies that are rooted in data analysis, ensuring maximum efficacy and ROI. Beyond her marketing responsibilities, Issie is actively involved with the Partnership team where she works diligently to nurture and strengthen relationships with the company's strategic partners. This collaborative approach exemplifies her ability to seamlessly work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and drive success for Osprey.
The product team ensure Osprey’s products are fit for purpose and client-focused, they are focused on providing the best user experience of the system by scoping new products, and planning enhancements and developments.
As Osprey's Product Manager, Tom oversees product scoping and development, ensuring that the latest data collection, processing and analytical techniques are integrated into every stage of our risk management process. He has been instrumental in the development of our industry-leading analysis framework, which we use to understand risk and provide actionable intelligence to our rapidly expanding client base. With an academic background in social and political science, Tom has carried out geo-political intelligence gathering in many contexts and has helped develop several threat monitoring programmes. In his previous analysis-focused role, Tom developed an in-depth understanding of the Osprey system, including its practices and clients’ requirements which he uses to develop and enhance our products to deliver a world-class client experience.
As Osprey’s Business Analyst Ben is a key part of our Product Team. A critical thinker and effective communicator, Ben works with all areas of the business to identify, analyse and document complex problems in addition to understanding internal team/client needs, bridging the gap between all areas of the business. Responsible for eliciting and interpreting requirements into understandable development tasks, allowing our engineering team to deliver high-quality products, features and improvements to our clients. Ben has over 7 years of experience in the software industry starting his career as a Quality Assurance Engineer, moving to work across a wide variety of industries/sectors including social media risk intelligence/analysis & online harms, commercial travel, financial services and e-commerce. He is also a certified Scrum Master. This has provided him with a strong foundation of technical knowledge and an understanding of how to effectively communicate with teams on different levels as well as ensuring quality is integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.
As Osprey’s UI/UX designer, Shauna works on the product team where much of her work lies at the intersection of business goals and meeting end-user needs. She helps define requirements for both new products and features coming down the line, as well as improvements on existing ones. These requirements inform the creation of user-friendly components and interfaces via wireframes and detailed designs that support the wider tech team with implementation. Ensuring the end user’s needs are met is always at the forefront. Prior to joining Osprey in 2022, she worked at a digital agency designing lead-generation and e-commerce websites for both B2C and B2B clients. Shauna is a graduate of Maynooth University in Ireland, where she earned a Master of Science in Design Innovation. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from Technological University Dublin.
The Finance and HR team are the backbone of Osprey, they ensure the business runs smoothly by allocating both the financial and human resources to support our company goals.
As Head of Commercial Finance, Catherine is responsible for helping to shape the Commercial strategy of the business, supporting the Commercial team with all financial aspects of existing and new products and markets including pricing, coordinating Osprey’s business forecast, and supporting the CFO with fund raising and banking activities. With a career that spans across a variety of industries, including financial services, defence, manufacturing, construction and sport, Catherine has developed an exceptional ability for combining financial and commercial acumen to identify and implement strategies for growth and improvement to senior leadership teams. Catherine plays a key role at Osprey by analysing all business trends and potential obstacles to evaluate the company’s financial progress towards achieving its future goals. Catherine is also a qualified management accountant and holds CIMA fellowship.
As Director Risk, Legal and Compliance, Sylvia brings a wealth of experience to the role including comprehensive legal, compliance and risk expertise. After graduating from university Sylvia undertook a traineeship at a law firm in Edinburgh and then continued with the same firm to work in the Corporate Commercial team. Other roles have included working for a Telecom company responsible for procurement before moving to head of northern region legal team. She then joined pharmaceutical and biotech company, Fischer Clinical Services/ Thermo Fisher, as European Counsel covering their business in Europe, Singapore and India & China to set up activities. Sylvia went on to join private military and security company, Aegis, in 2007 as General Counsel and became an executive director and member of Senior Leadership Board and General Counsel when they merged with private security firm, GardaWorld.
Jules is Ospreys' Office Manager and HR Administrator, ensuring that the office operates smoothly and efficiently, along with providing HR related administrative support across the business. Jules has worked in a variety of sectors throughout her career, spending the initial 17 years within the aviation industry as ground and cabin crew at British Airways. She then went on to help set up an office for the England Rugby World Cup, as well as working within the recruitment, satellite communications and pharmaceutical industries, primarily in operational and administration roles.
